A Desktop Review is a limited-scope evaluation that does not include a site inspection visit by an environmental professional to the subject property. This is where the term “desktop” comes in. The Desktop Review includes a government database report, borrower prepared environmental questionnaire and provides an opinion regarding the potential environment risk at the site by one of our environmental professionals.
