Records Search with Risk Assessment (RSRA)

An inexpensive tool to determine environmental concerns at various properties

Overview of an RSRA

A more comprehensive type of Desktop Review. The RSRA is one of the reports required by the Small Business Administration’s environmental policy for SBA 504 and 7(a) loans. The RSRA includes a government database report and may include, but is not limited to review of fire insurance maps, City Directories, Historic Aerial Photography Report, Historic Topographic Maps and a borrower prepared environmental questionnaire.
